What is Alberta Coating Contractors Association?
We are a not for profit trade association established in Alberta in 2001 with the intent of promoting and improving the painting & coating trade in the province. Our members provide coating and painting services to the commercial, industrial and institutional construction sector. The Association is involved in union negotiations; providing educational services and opportunities to our members; acting as a liaison between industry and government groups; and establishing industry standards.
The Association is governed by a Board of Directors. Membership in the Association is open to any unionized coating contractor who carries out business in the Province of Alberta.
Our mission is to represent the Association members and signatory contractors in matters related to industry standards, labour relations, training and safety. We are committed to promoting quality services and ethical responsibility by working with the Union to provide training opportunities; developing and communicating industry best practices and keeping our members informed.
